Sony has expanded its range of wireless Bluetooth speakers with three new models that still deliver impressive sound and a light show to go with it.
The new Sony portable speaker models are the SRS-XG300, SRS-SE300 and the SRS-XE200.
These Sony speakers are designed to deliver a big sound from a relatively small unit and that’s delivered through Sony’s onboard X-Balanced Speaker Units and Dual Passive Radiators.
One of the things you’ll notice is a more solid and punchier bass with less distortion and crisper high and mid-level sounds.
The SRS-XG300 has MEGA BASS onboard to give listeners a night club and concert feel courtesy of the LIVE SOUND mode which can recreate the buzz of a live performance.
And you can also be visually entertained with the ambient illumination where the lights dance to the music.
The SRS-XE300 and SRS-XE200 have Sony’s proprietary Line-Shape Diffuser technology which can evenly distribute sound to fill the whole room or your location so everyone can hear the music in the same quality.
All three speakers include a retractable handle so it’s easy to carry it around with you anywhere.
The Sony speakers also have an IP67 rating which means they are dust and water resistant so there’s no worries about taking them anywhere.
The three new speakers are also compatible with Party Connect which lives up to its name and gives users the ability to combine up to 100 wireless speakers via Bluetooth to make an even larger sound.
If you have two speakers, you can also connect them as a stereo pair.
And it can also handle the knocks thanks to their sturdy design which has been through rigorous shock testing.
Battery-wise, the fully charged Sony SRS-XG300 speaker will run for up to 25 hours while the SRS-XE300 and SRS-XE200 offer 24 hours and 16 hours of play respectively.
Users can also make and receive phone calls through the Sony speakers with decent quality thanks to the onboard Echo Cancellation which allows two people to speak at the same time.
The SRS-XG300, SRS-XE300 and SRS-XE200 will be available from July 2022.
SRS-XG300: $479.00 – Available in Black & Light Grey
SRS-XE300: $319.00 – Available in Black, Light Grey & Blue
SRS-XE200: $249.00 – Available in Black, Light Grey, Blue & Orange
